J的y offers a subtle dialogue between musical notes, aromas and prestigious wine flavours. By my side, the internationally renowned guitarist, Thibaut Garcia, which as usual offers us magnificent musical transcriptions of these great wines. An evening of sharing, conviviality and elegance.

Wine No 2 – Illustrate minerality

Area : William Fèvre

Historical and emblematic domain of the AOC, which has several times changed hands. Sold by Henriot to the Pinault group, William Fèvre joined Les Domaines Barons de Rothschild Lafite in January 2024.

The specificity of the estate is a man, Didier Séguier, who leads both vine and winemaking. Great winemaker!

Name: Chablis – the most underrated appellation of Burgundy
