As part of a team seminar for the association 1000 Coffees (SOS group), I prepared a musical tasting on the theme of Occitanie. 10 participants, for an unprecedented multi-sensory experience! For the occasion, no live music, but participants were able to taste the musical chords thanks to audio headsets.

The tasting sheets of the Soenologist
Wine #1 – Domaine de la Petite Tuile
Nice freshness with a nice roundness. A beautiful straw yellow look, a delicate nose, floral and finely fruity... A harmonious dry white
Wine n°2 – Domaine Le Roc des Angels « Pi Vell » 2018
The nose expresses citrus, floral and minerality. Everything subtly chained in crescendo. The mouth with a smooth attack delivers a tasty body with a very persistent bitter finish.
Wine #3 – Château du Cèdre – Cahors Malbec Extra Libre 2021
A wine that has character but also roundness while keeping a certain tension.
Wine #4 – High Med 2019 / Clos du Jaugueyron
Lots of fun and fruit for this atypical High Med. We greatly appreciate the breeding that complicates the already elegant mouth of this wine!
Wine No 5 – Château Pierrie Saint Maxime 2016
The Sauternes du Château Pierrie Saint Maxime is elegant, well balanced with a beautiful acidity. It is also round and has beautiful aromas of candied fruits with citrus notes.
